Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Custom and made-to-order products, including select items from our Opulence Collection, may require additional processing time.

Please allow up to 3.5 weeks for processing and delivery of all Opulence Collection products.

These luxury extensions are custom prepared to ensure exceptional quality.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
