"I’d like to start out by saying that I have always been a troubled individual when it comes to styling my hair. My hair is wavy, curly and frizzy all at once! I have tried pretty much every curling and straightening product under the sun and have an embarrassing collection of them under my bathroom sink. I have spent a lot of time and money trying to find the right shampoo and conditioner, anti-frizz, straightening and curl product. However, the one thing that I had never tried was a professional treatment to help style my hair. When Gina told me about the Keratin Smoothing System I was intrigued because it didn’t involve any harmful chemicals that many professional treatments do. She said it would help the overall look, feel and health of my hair while making it easier to style. Seeing as I would never leave the house without flat-ironing my hair straight or curled I figured it was worth giving a shot. The process took quite a bit of time in the salon, maybe about 2-3 hours and I wasn’t able to wash my hair for 72 hours afterwards. I just kept reminding myself, “Take a deep breath, it will be worth it!” When I did wash my hair at that 72-hour point (pretty much on the dot!) it felt nice and smooth out of the shower. I was able to blow-dry my hair in half the time and I had no frizz! I couldn’t believe it. When I finished blow-drying I used my flatiron to style my bangs and a few pieces around my face. My finished look took me about 10-15 minutes rather than the usual 25-30. Another incredibly nice thing about the treatment that I discovered after about 2 months of having it done was that I could let my hair air-dry and it would still look stylish! It looked like that "just got back from the beach" style that so many women wear today! After that super fun experience, I let my hair air-dry a few times week and rocked the beach style! I feel that the Keratin Smoothing System is great in many ways and I plan to do it again!"

"When I first heard about the Keratin Straightening Treatment, I was excited. My hair is naturally frizzy and wavy; it does whatever it wants and I NEVER wear it natural. I always spend 20-30 minutes flat ironing my hair every morning and I'm usually late to work because of that.
When Gina put the treatment on my hair, it felt slimy at first, and once the product was all over my hair, it felt heavy too. But as she was putting it on I noticed that my hair color was already becoming more bright and vibrant. Next, it had to be dried. It took quite some time to do, and once it was dried my hair felt really dry and straw-like. After the drying came the flat ironing. It was a little painful because my hair was so thick and full of product. I couldn't wash my hair or put it up in a ponytail for 72 hours. That was the hardest part for me. By the 3rd day, my hair felt so greasy and it looked very very straight, almost plastered down.
After the 72 hours were up, i finally got to wash my hair. After I dried it, my hair felt so soft and it LOOKED even better. I didn't have to straighten it at all and it looked so shiny. I love it! My first day back at work after I washed it I surprised myself by getting there 15 minutes early! It is definately a time saver."
